Cook County has some of the most liberal laws protecting tenant in the US.As a result, Chicago, evictions are tricky. 

Just seems like the taxes in Cook County really kill any room for buy and holds.

Chicago landlords, please comment on your good, bad, and ugly experiences with tenant subleasing in your Cook County rental units.
