A speaker at a wealth building conference advised us to set up Roth IRAs for our children early in their lives to take advantage of the longer compounding time until they reach retirement age. 

Then, finally, as we accepted this was going to take a long time, RHSS and Premium Title/Altisource then conference called and said they would be canceling our contract and said their client/seller had no legal right to sell or enter into a contract to sell the house. 

Travel to conference cost me $5k per week so always assumed id need a lot to purchase abroad and own for minimum of 5 years.

Hi @David Sharp, similar to @Andreas Mirza, we attend conferences and get referrals to asset managers and credible note brokers.

I also have a Bachelors in Social Work and soon to pursue a Masters in Management and Leadership - Organizational Behavior.

I've done deals on my own and don't "need" the coaching and I don't participate in the classes or coaching other than listening to some past conference calls occasionally or getting the occasional question answered.
