I am actually going to one of the meetings next week, the REIF meeting next week which is Monthly High Point Meeting-Jax REIF10/15/2015 6:00:00 PM - 10/15/2015 9:00:00 PMRamada Hotel and Conference Center9150 Baymeadows Rd,Jacksonville, Florida,32256There website is http://www.reif-jacksonville.com/I chose REIF instead of JaxREIA because they are nonprofit and have no gurus or other's trying to push their agenda, but rather is more focused on networking and helping investors get started and analyze deals.Looking forward to seeing you on BiggerPockets and feel free to network with me locally in Jacksonville, FL.

Probably the most productive day was when I took a personal day from my 9-5 and LLC'd a business, got a PO Box, created a website, had a conference calls with Hard Money lender Pine Financial, set up a CRM system with leads in for local properties found on the county site, reached out to a referral for a solid contractor that I am having lunch with this Thursday, spoke to a realtor focused on investment properties and ordered business cards.

Local meetups In your area but try to search MF and syndication specific as for example many groups here in Atlanta focus on flips.Attending a conference if you can as well makes a great way to put a face to face connection in place.Please let me know if I can help you in any way.Cheers , Shane

We often have to schedule conference calls with overseas factories at the end of our workday and of course they scheduled one last minute the day of the last meetup.
