Texas is also playing Ole Miss in the non-conference schedule next year.

Geographic area wouldn't matter whatsoever for this group, so it would be a conference call rather than any sort of meetup.In my case, I've delegated to PMs and have not personally managed the properties whatsoever (I also live 100 miles from the market where most of my rentals are located, though I am there two full days each week).

Well, I was looking for the BP conference date.

So I show respect to the guys that own this site for having some integrity and treating everyone the same - even a 3 year advertiser like me.On that note, if Michael Quarles still wants to do a Webinar or conference call on yellow letter advertising while waiting on a podcast, I'd sign up for sure.

The presenter kept on talking about how one would learn more during the three day conference. 

We need leadership to follow.

I could argue that I answer lots of questions with in-depth responses, have done a podcast, a book launch interview, flew to Denver paying my own transportation and hotel expenses and spoke for 3 hours at the conference (not to mention the time involved in preparation), and have almost 2,000 posts with just as many votes, and answer several emails a week from other members - all at my expense.

I heard about that this week at a Real estate conference I attended in San Diego.. they were talking about Carrot something and going to Roseburg Oregon..  

My point…..the BP community has been a tremendous resource and I see the huge value in attending the conference and meeting people who are making it happen.
