maybe they will interrupt and ask me if would like to make an offer before the end of the call.If they do want to know what I would offer them I would insist that I do not make offers over the phone and i would have to see the property first. )Let me know if people think this is a good cold call script.

In fact, you insisted that house was turnkey and that your "preferred" management company was suggesting unnecessary repairs (I did walk the house in person and they were 100% necessary).And yes, you did walk the property on a video chat with me, but what I found working with you is that I have to ask A LOT of questions because you are not forthcoming.

The new equity of 80k is now buying you a property worth only 2.3/dollar of equity....and, it's still not your money.Sell the property and it becomes your money, and if you insist on paying 30% (DP) of the PV, you are now buying a property worth $242k+

And yes, I have 3 vacancies, which I could have filled easily, but I'm insisting on a two month security deposit plus first month's rent, no exceptions (since the governor's decree means that someone can essentially not pay rent for the next 3 months at least, and will probably be extended), and I won't touch anyone with a history of a LL having filed against them for any reason, no matter what their "explanation".

I do have to ask some follow upThe guy thru Keller Williams insists he s a realtor and not a wholesalerWe looked at the propertye and there was a "note/ad" from a wholesaler company asking for an even lower price than the one listed on realtor.com.
