I have read a lot and listened to countless hours of podcasts about wholesaling.

Your age may matter to some at least initially, but if you master your field, that will matter much less to people that want to make money/build things with you as you move along - just ask Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Zuckerberg and countless others who started succesful businesses WITHOUT a college degree.

I have done this countless times with my clients applying for mortgages.

Over the last several months I’ve read over countless posts in this forum, dug into J Scott’s books and listened to just about every BP podcasts.

I have had countless clients try to send me listings from zillow that are no longer available and Zestimates that are way off because they are base on old data.

(Old school gamer-at-heart here haha!)

I had countless more interest, charged nearly 50-75% more rent over our 10 yr managing period.

Even though the contractor is probably doing countless jobs for individuals not required to send 1099's. 

I want to assume it is the countless number of rookies that contact you with high hopes of 100% funding.

Keep the arcade for the gamers and have free Wi-fi so all the kids can text their parents about how much fun they're having and why they should keep paying the exorbitant fees required to make my idea fly.
