This city is home to the training facilities for the Dallas Cowboys at the luxurious office building and shopping/nightlife complex called The Star.

Lofty Goals are good and you always want shoot for the stars but tangible short term goals compounded = results.

I always use Yelp and look for people who have the most number of reviews, with the highest 5 star level of reviews, and have consistent great praising comments that they went over and above, etc, from reviewers. 

I listened to him and I thank my stars every day that I did.  20 years later you wouldn't believe what that account looks like. 

I'm more in favor of using my "WHY" as my North star for driving incremental decisions as opposed to a distant finite number where I consider myself to have "made it".

And you find a young and up coming RE star and you can change their life..

ANd for me its really just relating my personal experiences in many types of real estate endeavors i have been in over the last 4 decades.. does not make me a super star in any way shape or form..
