Luckily, I have an absolute rock star HVAC guy who handled it.

The property has been great, and we currently have all five-star reviews.

Count on it.That being said, I always take a set of pictures to go along with every move out, move in, and I like to let the tenant star in one or more of the photos so they know pictures have been taken and they are on them.
