Good management with a great leadership serving the employees or the team makes all the difference.

After a leadership meeting in Philly last week, I can tell you that there are going to be some massive new changes coming that will make the program even more valuable.

Won't the Amazon leadership be asking themselves, among other things, where do programmers/tech talent WANT to live?

You should try to go to real estate meet ups and when you get to a place that you can go to BPcon or any other real estate conference, go!

If a REI conference comes up in NYC, it's nice to have another contact in that area.

There are a handful of industry conferences throughout the year, it would be worthwhile to attend several if you are interested in the space.  

It's also smack dab in the middle of the state, so it's very central for conferences, shipping, and commuting.
