The same applies to those "no money down deals" or the new fad Wholesaling(imo).These folks seldom make a difference in the actual mining and refining (aka the transactional side of REI) as they fail after not 'hitting it rich' and just go back to Saint Joe.

On the West side, the Tremont fad I would say is already in full swing as you can make the argument that it was part of the beginning of the resurgence of the West Side in the last 5-10 years.

It is like selling a slimming powder but you have to follow a certain diet/food restrictions, if you remove the powder and just follow the diet/food restriction, you will still be at the same outcome, maybe +/- 1 pounds after 3 months, but you save on the powder expense.
