It also may be a fad so vacation rental may be the best way to capitalize on it.As a designer there are a lot of possibilities and would be a fun project to take on.

With that said, we have to try - so I've sort of pieced together bits and pieces from experienced investors I've met in person, podcasts, books, forums, information I've heard/seen get brought up multiple times, etc. and tailored it to my style/what I believe will lead to success (for me).I've attached a screen shot of what I'm currenlty targeting, but treating it like a diet/workout plan...

If you buy the "on sale" office building, it will cost some money to convert, but if the savings is there on the initial buy price to more than make up for it...And then let's say 5 or 10 years from now the "work from home" fad is over and offices are in demand again.

I do know people like to follow fads as well.
