Rather than fly there, we got an RE agent in Cleveland to locate and take photos of our "rental homes" when Hughes/Guardian further defaulted the leases by not allowing us access into our buildings to examine their condition, once we saw they were boarded up and unoccupied.Our fear is when Hughes/Guardian now cancels their leases with us, we'll be stuck with a worthless property (no longer "managed" by Krch Realty/Hughes) that is more than a financial loss, but a major LIABILTY.Let's work together to get this stopped (both their escape route of Chapter 11, and their fraudulent business practices).
