Slowly but surely my eyes are awakening to the many avenues in RE.I suggest ignore the various "cast's" of any kind and start at foundational elements.

You essentially have essentially cast a super wide net and are going to get a ton of sales responses, but what I gather from your post that what you really need is a mentor/like minded investor to help hone in on recognizing good deals, narrowing your focus and absolutely protecting your capital.   

I used a list preivously based off of the pod cast of the Co-Founder of Yellow letters to make sure every person you mail to has greater than 40% Equity in each home.

Either from the forums, blogs and pod casts.

I'm reading here and listening to pod casts and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Listen to Michael Coarles Pod cast I could only get through a few minutes of it.. ( short attention span) but what I heard he is a pro  and has some great line's when your toe to toe Actually..

I listened to pod cast 77 over 15 times in a row preparing for my eventual meeting with the owner of the property in question.
