Not looking to gain income from it, but just as a differentiator in my offerings.Let's for one moment cast aside the liability issues such as software, music, movie pirating, child porn access, or even someone viewing a site on how to make a bomb...let's put these aside because there are solutions and layers to those.One issue I run into frequently is often time internet and cable TV are thought of as one in the same. 

There is Cast iron, pvc, copper, pex, galvanized, lead, brass, stainless steel, hoses, flanged, threaded, waste pipe, waste fittings, vent fitting, gas, water and on and on.

That’s a pretty wide net your casting.

Given the current market conditions the only thing you can do is cast a bigger net.

I have one that is a good fix-it man, but I'm doing a full gut reno and I need help removing a cast iron sewer stack and rough-in 2 bathrooms and kitchen to this new stack.

Hi Tamara -That schedule was an illustrative example of not having to choose between one niche to find leads on properties, aligned with the old adage "he who casts the widest net catches the most fish."

When marketing to off-market owners and principals, you are in essence casting for a fish that does not know that they are hungry.Your job is to get their attention, draw their interest, fire their desire to sell (to you) and to take some form of action, such as to call you, write you, return a reply card, text you, or possibley email you or even go to a landing page.
