The end goal is have enough notes and rentals to live off of the passive income and then flip or wholesale as I find the right deals.My reason for starting with notes is to cast my line in the biggest pond and get some deals under my belt.

Be sure you check out the pod casts (show 37 is highly recommended) and put some key word searches in for terms like 'wholesaling' to help you get the info you desire.

Like most of you, I am absolutely obsessed with the post cast and cant wait to get my first deal.
