Hopefully, that will be enough.If the PM in this scenario gets another fee for finding the next tenant, it would explain why they are promoting the drama and the idea that these tenants should be gotten rid of, even if they say they are willing, after all, to go through with their contract if they aren't allowed to get out of it without penalty.Unfortunately, so many PMs profit from problems, and so they can be tempted to actually incite them.
