Hey y’all, I am analyzing multi family properties getting my reps in, as properties come through the funnel I use data.census.gov to find economic drivers for target the property but it’s very tedious, I was wondering what others have used to stream line the process or make finding the data more convenient ?

For those not familiar with an FHA streamline - it's a great refinance option.

They most likely will give you a reduction on fees and the process will be much more streamlined.

I'd love to streamline the process for such a fast turnover.

Keep in mind that while humans have been buying and selling real estate for thousands of years and so the process should be the most streamlined in existence, it isn't.
