But the home owners where the pitbulls exist does not have the correct equipment (high enough fence) or display a responsible outdoor attire to restrain that many number of pitbulls.As a child raised with Pitbulls, I personally love them.

I have been in Philly/Baltimore now for about 18 months and Cleveland since June.And my take on is as follows:  ( just got back this week from 3 days in Philly and was in Cleveland in Oct.)Philly: To me is a mini New York ( stay downtown)  lots happening lots of young people ( I am OLD)  nicely attired .

They were also required to wear professional attire; no jeans, no tennis shoes and no smoking.Investors that have done good quality rehabs, don't have to worry about inspectors coming in and doing their job.
