I have been in Philly/Baltimore now for about 18 months and Cleveland since June.And my take on is as follows: ( just got back this week from 3 days in Philly and was in Cleveland in Oct.)Philly: To me is a mini New York ( stay downtown) lots happening lots of young people ( I am OLD) nicely attired .

About 30 percent of my friends are in school for something they arent even interested in , just doing it for the partying and to make there parents proud.About 20 percent of my friends are in school for teaching, business, professional courses.About 50 percent of my friends are working 9-5 at tire shops, resturants, retail stores making minimum wage asking me what I'm doing this year and I say "traveling to europe, going to mexico, going to visit my home town, etc" and I ask them and they say," just working and taking care of the kids, we have no money"

I actually heard that some people were threatening lawsuits, because you can see in car windows, houses, and even people in bathing attire in parks or beaches.I don't use it for that, but being able to see a recent picture of the property I am interested in, without having to drive there is awesome!
