@Fernando Enrile I personally have not found any good providers in Ohio that provide newer than 1950s and more than 900 a month rents.I like Birmingham, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Memphis, Little Rock, Jacksonville, or other secondary or tertiary markets.

Teddy,I would say that depending on the capital that you have in place, your best option is going to be leveraging your funds and get involved in the Midwest (Indianapolis, Oklahoma City, Kansas City, Jacksonville MS etc...), which is where we primarily operate.
