The service needs to be privitized and the court process streamlined to 30 days, it's currently ridiculous. 

Yup I know someone is going to fish out U Haul data and toss it in my face to prove me wrong but please remember the people coming in to the state may not be using U Haul, these are likely highly educated, higher paid pros who use more expensive and customized moving services rather than a DIY movers option.

Managing myself is bit overwhelming that I was looking for the right systems to streamline things.  

Construction/Development Templates: Use standard construction designs or layouts for speculative projects to streamline costs and timelines.

This eliminates data input, streamlines screening, aggregates applicants.

Tech and AutomationProptech Trends: Automation tools, including property management software, dynamic pricing algorithms, and remote monitoring, can help streamline operations, especially for mid-term rental properties with frequent tenant turnover.Digital Marketing: A strong online presence and effective digital marketing strategies can boost visibility and help you attract mid-term renters.

That income level tells me there is no room to move rents.  

Will your ideal place on the scale above mover over time or stay where you want to be todayAs an example - Yes, Passive, Stay the same = set goal to identify and vet best sponsor for larger syndicated dealsOr Yes, Passive and migrate Active = find a local flipper or a BRRRR investor, loan them on an acquisition/rehab and shadow them on the process so you can start learning on the BRRRR (you will need to research lending, etc.)

I have an idea on what to do but was just curious to know how you handle these request or recommendations you have for streamlining this process. 2) I am looking to add a section to my lease regarding tenants contacting vendors directly.
