Which has me now thinking of scaling/streamlining my management process.

Currently I have a home in Alabama on a streamline va loan that I recently refinanced.

I liked hiring movers through the U-Haul site the last couple times I moved. 

Then find out what you need to do to take over the unit asap.I'm just afraid if you fix that toilet, they will become occupants and you have to evict them, too.Maybe you can offer to have movers put the stuff in a storage locker? 

The cost for me to rent movers was the amount I saved in one month from moving, so it was worth it for me. 

Or see if they qualify for the HARP or FHA Streamline refi programs that have much easier qualifications for refinance, but I'm assuming they've already tried that route.      

Because of their size, their gut isn't as 'streamlined' as say a normal weighted person.And because the gut isn't streamlined, they have to 'manipulate' the waste through themselves.And this involves them rocking around on the toilet, trying to push the waste down a largely compromised bowel.

Our takeaways: Just as we create and communicate our criteria for investment neighborhoods and type of units, we will create and communicate criteria for potential applicants, so that we can follow any relevant statutes and streamline the application process for our PM. 

Since the open house is already scheduled and that I am expecting a pretty good turnout, I just need to focus on streamlining the process and making it more efficient. 

It's a pretty streamlined car to drive on the highway.
