The students really seem to appreciate the "upscale dorm look motif" even if the furnishings are second hand items.

Not trying to bash anyone, its your business run it how you want, but paying that kind of money for what is nothing more than a fancy opinion is just silly IMO.

Many people get that first job, that steady salary, and they blow it on partying or buying their first fancy car.
