Designs become outdated. 

I need to get his class list, obviously the web schedule is outdated.  

This home is outdated but in decent shape, was wondering if it’s worth doing the sober living for some time before remodeling 

If you can't do that then buy an outdated/ugly property in a decent neighborhood and fix it up as you live there.

The 666 building was out dated in 2007.

You'll be able to keep them far longer without looking outdated than if you go with some current popular color.

Don't bother with battery powered tools (except for drill/impact set) as in a few years time you won't be able to replace your now-outdated batteries and chargers, whereas quality chorded tools will work fine for decades without having to worry.

If you have a large cash reserve, go up to market rent immediately (or a small percentage under if your unit is outdated).
