I can provide photos to prove this.I have continued to pay rent since __________________(date), my move-out date, but you have not found another tenant, and have expected me to continue to pay rent.  

In fact, if you find a place sooner, I'll even work with you on the move-out date without penalty, because I really don't want you to feel you have to stay if you're not happy."

No loud music or crazy sex or computer games or people over - just him walking around in his apartment.So, I told her that that's normal apartment type noise and I'll ask him to be mindful, but that's all I am going to do, because he has the right to walk around, and if she decides she wants to move, I'll work with her on a move-out date, and wouldn't require a full 30 days notice.So, I talk to the young man and he swears he's not stomping around, but he will be mindful.
