No loud music or crazy sex or computer games or people over - just him walking around in his apartment.So, I told her that that's normal apartment type noise and I'll ask him to be mindful, but that's all I am going to do, because he has the right to walk around, and if she decides she wants to move, I'll work with her on a move-out date, and wouldn't require a full 30 days notice.So, I talk to the young man and he swears he's not stomping around, but he will be mindful.

That and a fresh coat of paint can change a house from a crappy outdated house into a modern home.

They're all on month-to-month and their rental agreement is somewhat outdated.  

@Matt Mabry unless it is extremely outdated and/or in poor condition then I wouldn't do anything drastic.

They just needed to give you 30 days prior to the earlier move out date.

As soon as stainless steel came into fashion I thought they were already outdated things that are going to be dated any day now.
