I scroll through homes and properties as if I was shopping for clothes just to get used to understanding what I'm looking at and to continuously get better at it.

Food, clothes, cars, houses, high unemployment, etc... and no one believes that it is sustainable.   

Recently, I was able to get a conventional loan for a customer and navigate the way around a home built in 1940s with unsafe wiring, cloth, and aluminum single strand wiring, and 17 ungrounded outlets. 

Whenever I do do showings, I dress in my regular casual work clothes, and sometimes have  our workers do the showings-- how someone treats people that they don't think have power tells me everything I need to know. 

Similar thing happened to me with a Florida property because the home still had the original cloth wiring.

The current tenant is worried that the abandoned tenant will come back for his things (mattress and clothes are all that he left) and then possibly steal some things while he is at work.

I hope you have either a super rich uncle or are planning on having multiple partners. sounds like the many clothing optional resorts in CA.. just need some hot springs or just heat water.. those are popular. 

He  found a tied up  bag of human (I assume) excrement, and some dirty clothes, stacked up on the lazy susan -- felt I should share the moment.
