If you look at areas like Miami Beach where they’re spending hundreds of millions on new sea walls and pump stations and raising sidewalks in order to better prepare for bigger storms, that money has to come from somewhere and it will come from issuing bonds and increasing taxes which I’ve read are expected to more than quadruple in the next decade in many low-lying areas along the coasts.

The basement already has a separate entrance that is accessible from the sidewalk.

Once they get the roofing on, landscaping in, sidewalks, etc. it will soften up the look, and be beautiful.

I was wondering how you address de-icing sidewalks/front porches/outside stairs on your SFH rentals.

My township has strict laws on height of grass, no cracks on sidewalks, trees need to be trimmed to 10 feet above sidewalks and 14 feet above street.

Well we still need to replace the driveway and sidewalks, but that is underway.

When you start seeing bullet holes in homes,broken glass in the streets,blood on the sidewalks and police tape all over the neighborhood than you are in a war zone.

I live in a nice property where it says I'm responsible for the "yard", which includes trees, as in your lease.When the trees overgrow to where they infringe on access to my sidewalk, mailbox, driveway, patio, and roof, I don't hesitate to go out there and snip away anywhere I can reach. 

We thought maybe there was saturation from water or it got disrupted when they did the sidewalk on the other side.
