Once they get the roofing on, landscaping in, sidewalks, etc. it will soften up the look, and be beautiful.

I was wondering how you address de-icing sidewalks/front porches/outside stairs on your SFH rentals.

My township has strict laws on height of grass, no cracks on sidewalks, trees need to be trimmed to 10 feet above sidewalks and 14 feet above street.
