Mindy the benefit for me is that I was able to sell properties in areas that not many home owners were buying in.. and they actually closed the loans.. these were rental dominated areas.. also the buyer as stated got one heck of an interest rate at the time the Naca office would only recommend to their folks sellers who would buy down interest rates. and being  an OREO and wanting it off the books and selling it for top of market I was only to happy to do it.. but it was a process no doubt and of course that was Jackson MS ..
