Corey, Yes sorry, I thought it was the black plastic edging you put around landscaping.

Our apartment complex had a policy packet that was 16 pages,, included everything , also had a page with moveout cleaning charges like clean the stove was $125.00 , missing blinds were $35.00 for window, 85.00 for patio, clean window were $15.00 each for example.It gave noise requirements, where to dispose of trash, what was acceptable for trash, and listed charge for any large items left like couch was $50.00 to dispose of, mattress $25.00 box spring $25.00 so we were covered if they put any large items out.It covered roommate changes to lease, what a lease buyout fee was, how to pay your rent, how to give proper notice, late fee charges, charges to change lock,, how much lock out charge was to come and open your door. 

How does your units size, fit and finish, (and any amenities, BBQ, Patio, etc...) compare with similar priced units within a 20 minute or so drive? 

I save 15% of everything I make and have used most of my earnings to upgrade my fathers kitchen, bathrooms, and we recently just added a stone patio with a fireplace in the backyard.

So everything in the house was new from windows, to curtains, curtain rods, appliances (a couple we never used) granite countertops, custom kitchen cabinets (beech wood - very hard wood)  fancy backsplash, doors, HIGH END custom trim, flooring the 33 cubic yards of concrete for patio/driveway etc.  

My AC evaporator luckily has an access panel that is easily removed and then a service plug in the side panel of the coil (plastic disc wedged into sheet metal) that I was able to remove, liberally spray down the coil on the 'incoming air side' with cleaner bought from lowes, and carefully spray some water onto the coils from the easily accessible 'outgoing air' side to back rinse after waiting the recommended time. 

How much would you care to bet that a hefty chunk of the millions he defrauded out of the banks and then the foreign investors is wrapped up in plastic and hidden in a joist bay somewhere in this town or down in Florida?

Cast iron DWW  piping hooked together with Fernco couplings instead of the old oakum-and-lead connection system is still being used for custom housing today because it's much quieter than plastic drainage piping and it doesn't collapse in place and leave air gaps in the event of a house fire.

This includes plastic crap of any type, dishes, phone, linens, junk on Amazon, etc. until we leave on the trip.

They've already taken several positive steps forward including banning plastic straws.
