I understand that we have all just come out of a 30 (ish) month hibernation called Covid and we're all excited to get back to "normal" life which perhaps included vacationing, eating out and pampering ourselves which makes the comparisons very hard to compare...

I believe millenials *in general* are less wealthy for the following reasons: they are younger, so they haven't had time to accumulate wealth; they are coddled and pampered since they started out as the wealthiest generation in the history of this country, and thus are less likely to be needy in the first place which is a huge incentive to income generation; they value things other than money (time, the environment, experiences, etc) and are less likely to make the tradeoffs that sometimes make you choose; they grew up in an "instant" society and have no attention spans whatsoever and less inclination to postpone gratification.

They are messy, they do poop every where and their coops do smell, my girls are pretty pampered and all these things still apply.

Since I'm about to list on AirBnB/VRBO, I'm wondering about pricing and could use some experienced advice.I had planned a strategy where I would undercut the price for the first 5-10 renters to gain positive reviews and over pamper/attend to them to ensure positive experiences.

$15/hr 40 hours a week =$600 (if u get40hrs.After taxes 600 is more like $500.So you got $2000/ month.rent: $600-700 car payment $200-300gas$$$100 (low)car insurance$100-200cell phone$100utilities: gas/electric/water$200more than half of your monthly income is already eaten up before grocery and other incidentals.add in a child or 2 or 3 that you have to feed and clothe, send to daycare or buy pampers etc and suddenly it's not so hard to see why people are broke. that's why check advance tote places exist. allot of people are out here living check to check literally and any little hiccup can throw everything off track.
