Not insurmountable obstacles, but its more than just buying a place and expecting everything to go well without putting in that time.

You got some disappointing news, but in the long run, the issues are not insurmountable. 

Your issues/problems are not insurmountable and there are lots of people out there with larger issues/problems and they are moving ahead.

Your situation is not insurmountable with the right strategy.Have you considered doing some flips?

@Amin Bhatia truthfully, I have only worked with one investor from Canada...lots to learn, but not insurmountable differences...LLC is the only way I buy property...with preparation to transfer title to my personal name to re-fi residential properties. 

Hey @Brandon Combs so that isn't insurmountable.

I've quietly viewed enough churches and paintings already; my goal was to break the insurmountable barrier of politeness and actually make contact with regular people, people who aren't trained in the hospitality-industry art of being efficient and polite. 

Aside from the overall high price levels which will probably be insurmountable regardless, there seems to be a very narrow market for the size area we're looking for.

I have a problem that is not insurmountable but thought I would ask for your advice.
