Nothing wrong with cash.However, the one thing we did just pull the trigger on was a commercial building with neon sign privileges grandfathered in. 

It's hard to find stuff that doesn't match those colors unless you really go crazy and start throwing hot pink and neon colors everywhere.

If the walls are neon yellow, they might not hear you tell them that you will have it custom painted to the color of their liking.

I hope this is what will happen in NE.... only time will tell.

In other cases you want a neon card that you will leave with people letting them know you want to do deals.

Combos like white and blue, black and neon green, or yellow and black.

I  would avoid using "For Rent" signs because it is like a flashing neon sign for squatters and thieves.

We use the 3 x 5 size and do it in neon colors, instead of just the old fashioned yellow sticky note.
