Class warfare at its finest. 

If the state government REALLY wanted to assist the renters, they would provide a stimulus check and pay their rent during this time.Here in NY it has become complete class warfare and I don't like it one bit. 

hey all, im an engineer by trade, been working on RF Electronic warfare systems for our national security systems for about 10 years.

However, many elected officials are participating in class warfare and are pandering to what they see as a larger voting base (there are many more tenants than landlords in their constituents).This is reason #87 to avoid investing in these overreaching, tenant-friendly states. 

Home-Buying-Warfare...The one thing I did learn though is that in North Carolina any contamination is linked to the tank owner.  

Disclosures often time mean nothing and are merely one part physiological warfare on a borrower/buyer and the other a paperwork version of crossing your fingers.

That is more of the "guerrilla warfare", pick them off one by one tactic.
