I was, of course, worth much more (grin) but I was on SSI and couldn't make too much money. 

As for grins.. 

Just for grins I looked up vet school rankings.

Going to zero debt is a waste of capital to me as it could have been productively deployed for various other activities, eg further investments, long term capital improvements, enlarging my wine cellar and adding more customs stamps to my passport :grin:

As a BP realtor who enjoys helping people get into (and continue) their real estate investments, this post brought a big grin to my face!  

How Binghamton (and other towns like it) mishandled the situation out of desperation in NY, where taxes aren't really regulated from what I've learned, is the city/county councils or the townspeople (not sure which or if it's a combination) decided to raise taxes through the roof to try and stop the bleeding.Just for grins - well, I shouldn't say grin, as it's really sad - but for edification purposes - take a look at what you can buy in Binghamton for the money. 

I can just imagine a bunch of smugglers in T-shirts, ballcaps, dirty jeans in some Tijuana dive bar watching TV and bursting into cheers every time the commercial comes on, flashing thumbs-up, grinning at each other and nodding enthusiastically in agreement, "Si, si!"

I'd just get out and look for another one without major headaches.Just for grins, here's a story.
