If one tenant fails to clean their apartment and another one gets pests in there or mold, then yes you can be sued.

I do feel good for Michele Fischer as it give a beleaguered landlord a unexpected and profitable exit plan my wife owned a c 21 in longview for years and she is from Puget island  / cathlamet so yes we are there often.. and we inherited some rentals there .. low end very drug infested.. but the sprawl effect right ??? 

To me a war zone is essentially an area infested by drug and gang violence.

Takes the pest control guy to come spray a couple times and its good. 

The board members have similar size companies but are in different markets (my board had a pest control company, office furniture company, insurance business, and two very different software companies).  

People are wanting to get away from cities (especially crime and drug infested democrat run cities) where they can raise a family.
