I'm looking at homes in and around Little Rock, AR and it seems that there are countless homes under 40k that could rent for 550-700 per month.

I've spent the past several months getting my basic REI education, devouring dozens of books, reading countless articles (most of BP), and watching hours of videos.

And it definitely fills in the blanks that the countless online gurus/educators fail to mention in their sales materials. 

For me education is very important not only for the theory and math behind the business as well as the countless connections you will make by attending but also it is a huge commitment to yourself to follow through and set the bar high. 

my brother and i found a reo and are going to jump in and start doing this as a business  now mind you we have read countless books and seminars.  

I don't know of another place where you can get the basic knowledge of a product that can set you up for life for so little money and time.Five good rental houses, land deals, a small strip mall or countless other real estate transactions can feed a family for generations.At the end of the course, decided if you want to take the test and get your license.

There are countless, beautiful, desirable properties located throughout Korea and the world.

I have listened to countless webinars, and scoured the internet that has given me an abundance of good information.
