I have seen countless videos on YouTube about the power of real estate investing and am looking to try my hand at it.

This has worked countless of times.

If investors spend countless hours asking accountants on BP on how to code things and where to put things in the financials, then that just tells me they aren't focusing on getting more deals.

After reading countless numbers of books, listening to podcasts and meeting with vets, it was a sigh of relief to complete a full transaction. 

I’ve had countless folks bring me “deals” but most if not all deals I see from others aren’t deals at all.  

I can only think he liked me beyond a coaching student as he spoke several times of flying out to 'train' me, which on the one hand I was flattered that he'd want to fly out for me, but on the other hand, what could he teach me in person that he couldn't relay in our countless calls (some were several hours long, all business) or over skype?

My slice of advice would be to education yourself to get the basics down, listen to the podcasts, read countless books and keep educating yourself as you begin to actually invest. 

As a matter of fact, countless veterans with PTSD have successfully trained (yes, even owner trained) pit bulls and other less "desirable" breeds to be their service dogs and even gone to the point of rescuing them from shelters.  

In Columbus, we have countless area-market pages for listings/agents (such as Dublin and Hilliard OH Homes for Sale and Rent page), so those too could be valuable to make a presence on.Also, Consider establishing your own personal (Broker) content-consistent Facebook page/profile that will drive clients to you from the Cinci group, etc. 

It seems like there are countless ways to find financing for a personal home loan, especially for first time home buyers.
