I get it all the time.Ignoring the bad grammar, if the person has a steady job at Bimbo they might turn out to be good tenants.

You might want to check your grammar (your vs you're).  

There are a lot of people who are not good at grammar and spelling.

A highly skilled person; an expert:)Not usually the grammar police by any stretch but IF you actually made this mistake in presenting the deal (Especially in a written form) it could be detrimental.
