We have a division-1 football & basketball teams that regularly attract outside visitors, as well as having Interstate-80 run right through our town.

In a way u can use the public speaking trick, pretend every one is in their underwear.I used a self mind trick I used to use when I played football in high school........ think of what ever makes u nervous, scared what ever. 

It was built in 2006 and is mostly stone siding with a relatively small backyard, but a very large covered patio, big enough to watch football outside while it rains. 

Leave flyers in student hangouts, hold an open house, advertise to non-students - and there's always AirBnb for football games, visiting parents, etc.  

@Zk Lani I've been trying to do more research on AirBnBs in downtown Columbia as I think there is a huge need for visitors for Fort Jackson and UofSC parents, football games, etc.

Its a 5 minute walk from the high school and my old high school football coach lived next door. 

And I would say the closer to campus the better as students like to be in walking distance to football games.

That's quite a bustling area over by the new football Stadium and not too far away from the soccer stadium, either. 

Instead I played many sports and being im very athletic did very well in all, and am now pursing football which I’ve now excelled a lot at.
