This is why poor people call wealthy people entitled or greedy.

Just don't be weasely or greedy after an inspection.

*Have you noticed that everyone is a Day Trader now a days, and when people are trading on leverage and a pull back comes, margin calls will be coming in at an all time high.

I feel like I’ve stumbled into the secret garden, or an amusement park for adults who buy, sell and trade real estate, services, knowledge and so much more.

(And there are expensive courses to teach you how to do that as a day trader in stocks with your own money, too, that are worth just as much as these real estate investment courses.) 

The reasons are that investors are seen as the greedy people with pockets full of money, and then still demand your rent on the first and charge you late fees when appropriate and take your deposit when you leave a pig sty behind.

I am a retired USAF officer/pilot, currently working (way too hard) as a Sales Engineer in the oil and gas business and stock options trader.  

Most PM's get greedy here and over charge.

That's why I've been leaning towards being aggressive with this project but I wanted to post on here to make sure I'm not just being a greedy A-hole!
