@Logan Hicks @John Arendsen This is an interesting thread so I'll play along to keep it alive a little longer.I am not a commodity trader or a currency trader.

However nothing to the scale as a green investor hiring a greedy contractor after purchasing from a wholesaler.  

I am 23 years old, I have been a stock market trader since 16yrs old.

My best advice is don't be greedy.

Yeah I completely understand that it’s really difficult to “time the market” in a sense but I would much rather buy when prices are near the bottom...when I heard that people were offering 50k over asking price it just reminded me of warren buffet and his advice on being fearful when people were greedy and being greedy when people were fearful ....although that line seems to be a bit blurred at the moment.

This is why poor people call wealthy people entitled or greedy.

Just don't be weasely or greedy after an inspection.

*Have you noticed that everyone is a Day Trader now a days, and when people are trading on leverage and a pull back comes, margin calls will be coming in at an all time high.

I feel like I’ve stumbled into the secret garden, or an amusement park for adults who buy, sell and trade real estate, services, knowledge and so much more.
