We do permit vaping as it doesn't damage the property.

Is it just when a fan is plugged into that receptacle, or does it happen when any other gadget gets plugged into that same receptacle?

If Tenant smokes/vapes or allows others to smoke/vape on the premises, Tenant agrees to pay a penalty fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per violation.

We repainted the doors, purchased a new mattress for the murphy bed and purchased a few small kitchen gadgets. 

I know on our 90 homes we are just starting to go vertical on in Oregon we are exploring all these new gadgets etc. 

Finding prospective tenants who value their credit are the ones who will pay their bills even when it means not having a new phone or gadget. 

I have a really neat gadget on my phone called buy this duplex and it does what that does when Im on the go and looking at a property.

I have all the gadgets and software for calling, including a US number on skype....but still no luck.
