The idea that if you are concerned about being forced to house unwanted people and concerned about the hit to your business, that apparently means you have no cash reserves and haven't planned for problems at all and will go bankrupt immediately based on your poor planning.  

I sold many parcels to many people who were just going to chill.. grow their own food  grow a few pounds of weed to make cash etc etc.  

Any illegal activity like drug dealing, prostitution or gambling can attract unwanted elements.

Don't be a penny smart, pound poor.

I am tall, so I don't look fat even with a few pounds extra, but I feel a lot more energetic when I eat less.

I live in the basement unit of a house and I rent out the upstairs to skinny young adults and if you heard the stomping around that I hear you would be convinced they are all 300+ pounds upstairs. 

It’s cheap and masks any unwanted smells.

And this cuts back on unwanted repetition.

I get dozens of unwanted spam texts and calls from them daily and there is no way to stop it.
