Rubin Thomas should I rent to a family with 4 dogs?

I also have a good vibe about them. only concern is that they have 4 dogs, 3 of which are American pit bulls that are around 40 pounds each. 1 is a pomeranian.I have a monthly pet fee for each pet ($50 for one and $35 for each thereafter).my thinking was that this fee should more than cover any potential damage I can think of. but I'm still a little weary. should I rent to them?

I dont recommend others take this kind of risk because I was nervous, but they, pound for pound have been the 100 percent best tenants I've had in any class property I have owned.

The gas mileage is not great but I have a 14ft dump trailer I use for clean-outs which can wight over 7K pounds loaded and it handles that with no issue.

Intimidation is more along the lines of: "You can steal from me (not pay your rent) if you want, but I think you will change your mind when my "Collection team" of 400 pound Tongans pays you a visit.Given that you have every right to do ALL those things, telling them is NOT intimidation.
