I'm not a landlord (yet) but my day job puts me on flood and fire scenes in multi-family and single family rentals all the time.One of the hardest part of my jobs is telling the tenets to form two lines: those with renters insurance in my right and those without on my left then saying to all those on my left, "You have three days to remove your contents from the fire scene.

They have a very high scenes of entitlement and believe they live in a nanny state.

Mid-Century is affordable and has pretty much been shoved down our throats since Ikea, Crate & Barrel came onto the scene. 

I deal with that with some of my tenant base and find them to be demanding with a home owners scenes of entitlement.

At some point the dollar amount makes scenes to take pets if you are willing to do so.

In Orlando, it's mostly families traveling together so not a lot of wild and crazy parties but I would imagine places like Miami or Vegas get a lot more of the party scene and probably some really weird stuff going on.  

However, because I'm not an expert at cleaning up dead bodies, I'd ask your local crime scene clean up company what their opinion was.  

This makes no scenes along with her attempt to bribe you with additional payments she has put up a number of red flags I would be concerned about.

Those tenants develop a scenes of entitlement and some times the only recourse sadly is to have them put down.

They are treating being a landlord like a hobby and have poor business scenes in thinking their customers appreciate the gestures or would act negatively if they did no.
