The closest perspective I have to that is my college courses in project management and my real estate education [Keep in mind my perspective is all from Arizona as well].Buying land and building on it takes a lot of work, my grandpa Ira Fulton started a company that builds housing communities and sells them off, and I am still trying to wrap my head around that business.

Was thinking that FF would be best, but know if they're more independent, they'll most likely look around themselves vs letting an agency set them up - that way they can choose the best option which may be closest, closest to what they are looking for in home layout, price with possibly being able to be able to profit more of the housing stipend, etc.
