David Jacksone made another good point, just because you can invision someone paying your for information doesn't make it a marketable enterprise, they can call property managers and tenants usually don't see that as costing them anything.

Some standing water is invisible you know...All that complaining aside, If mold detecting is cheap $250 or less I would just go ahead and get it checked out.
