Thanks @Aaron Yates If people want to be spoon-fed all the answers and look for no-brainers, then perhaps real estate investing is not for them.They need to calculate risks and opportunities for themselves and understand that real estate is just one way to secure their future - but not the only way.Or, they should find a different way to make money in real estate without committing a significant portion of their own funds--such as wholesaling or partnerships or REITs.

Do more communicating with your buyers to drill down on what their criteria is to buy.As far as mentors go, it's very different when you ask to be "spoon fed" everything from the basics or when you ask for someone to help you fill in the blanks or help you understand some particular aspect of REI.

You won't get fantastic stores, sales hype about their information or strategies to be a wheeler dealer, you'll just find the facts and professional opinions.I understand people being lazy, especially younger investors starting out that want to be spoon fed their way to instant riches, that's naive in youth, foolish for mature investors familiar with the business world.

I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth like most you investors I started with nothing and know what it takes to make something out of nothing I'm 25 I own my own home and 2 apartment buildings have flipped 4 houses not to mention building and selling 5 hot rods.
