I'm definitely not at all looking to be spoon fed information, as I have been doing quite a bit of my own research, but it would be nice to just pick the brain of someone experienced every now and then:) Thanks for being open to that. 

I wasn't given anything, although some people may have silver spoons here, Don't reject advice from these guys.

Might call him Entitled Ed, as he's entitled to other people's time after they already addressed his concerns, he's just special.His brother is Lazy Larry, not only does he not put forth any effort to search for answers, he wants to be spoon fed information that is tailored to his opinions, often based on poor practices and information.Ed's cousin is Fluffing Fred, this guy has the same family traits but is puts out bad information puffing up his strategy, probably beyond what he has actually accomplished and has unethical and illegal aspects.

Problem is, Terry doesn't have the $50 mil proof of funds he used to have from a Hedge Fund he was affiliated with.He teaches you go find people facing foreclosure, get an authorization to speak to their banks, Terry then uses that information so he can approach the bank as an outside investor, and makes an offer to that bank.While he's making money on what you get him, he's spoon feeding you information and constantly reminding you that he is the all might investor that has more experience than you do.There are many articles here (i wish i would have read 1st) that provide more then what you would get out of his course.Run....

My buddy out in L.A. bought a free standing, mom & pop style greasy spoon restaurant from a guy.

For those that say things like "You shouldn't even be thinking of investing in real estate" just in case you're unaware some people are having a hard time financially everyone isn't born with a silver spoon in their mouth or even middle class.

What he won't do is spoon feed you the information that he gives you in his material.

With this understood, I am looking for networking opportunities in which  I can learn perhaps attend an auction or two and give me the 101 on the area and a few experiences, good and bad~ not SPOON feed me.

you can't just ask people and expect them to spoon feed you.
