Besides leaving evidence of manufacturing and paraphernalia (like bent spoons, snapped rubber bands, used needles, burnt Tupperware with white powdered residue, empty spray paint cans) They also literally left actual drugs everywhere.

It often ends up costing more in the long run for a poor person to cure a problem than a person with means, just a fact.I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth, not sure I deserve a silver foot it in either!

I get almost all my deals through brokers.. brokers are not going to spoon feed you.. they simply present you need to do the qualify and close. on the high end the top agents who do this stuff are invaluable and the one's that will make these deals work.. they are used to working with the ultra picky snooty buyer. and the agents tend to be the same.. pretty high ego's if you know what I mean.So on the one I did successfully.. the agent brought it to us..

Thanks @Aaron Yates If people want to be spoon-fed all the answers and look for no-brainers, then perhaps real estate investing is not for them.They need to calculate risks and opportunities for themselves and understand that real estate is just one way to secure their future - but not the only way.Or, they should find a different way to make money in real estate without committing a significant portion of their own funds--such as wholesaling or partnerships or REITs.
