And by the time the leftover paint is no longer useable, the walls will likely have dulled or faded where it wouldnt work to touch it up anyway and it is ready for re-paint.

I will say mine paid.. but our market at that time in the Bay area was quite a bit better than the PNW.. many don't realize how bad it was mid 80s seattle Portland.. if Boeing got a cold the economy tanked.. timber was in the dull drums all pre tech..
