I can again put a macerating toilet type temporary arrangement , a kitchenette (hotplate, microwave, sink, toaster oven, fridge ) and make it a separate airbnb "entire house" ****The house was build in 1971.

For example: I would post "new fridge" or "freshly painted"  but I would not post "8 year old carpet".For example: I list a 3 bedroom for long term working professionals or families at $2200 even though nearby area can get up to 2500 a month for college kids.For example: You want $2K for F, L, and Sec Dep = $6K.....is that standard for your area?
