I don't have any personal real estate experience although my Grandfather was a developer, flipper and landlord so I guess it is somewhat in my blood!

This includes, but is not limited todisconnecting all garden hoses from outdoor faucets prior to freezing weatherand opening cabinets under fixtures that are adjacent to outside walls to allowwarm air circulation near water and waste pipes. 

To think something is easy is to depreciate the value the blood, sweat and tears that people like yourself have poured into this profession.

Much to our family's disappointment we were crazy enough to do the proverbial blood sweat & tears of REI for 35+ years...we only did the traditional IRA/401(k) solo's etc for tax deductibility & reinvestment purposes.

You are not alone, there are a lot of spooky things out there. a lot of this value run up is probably due to pure inflation and Fed Reserve Quanative Easing (pumping more cash into circulation)I don't know, but something don't feel right. 

In a perfect world I'd have access to an MD as well...to run and interpret my blood work every six months or so..If this could afford me more energy to work a few hours longer each day (not counting the time savings from cooking, figuring out what to eat etc..)

Is it POSSIBLE, absolutely, but that sure as hell doesn't mean easy, simple, average, normal or without a hell of a lot of blood sweat and tears. 

And then comes the "fund raiser" which is the life-blood of hockey. 

Several of the larger private entities here have contracted in the past 4 to 6 years, but there's new blood coming in for added fuel.
