Surely, I have to be able to quickly sift through dozens of houses to know which are worth looking into more. 

Plenty of free info on the site for you to sift through as you decide which strategy suits you best.

I'm surprised to see that there are TONS of flooring stores available and rather than have to sift through a thousand listings, I thought I'd ask the BP community of Las Vegas where you all are buying your flooring and why you chose there over the others.

His argument is that I  wouldn't have the house of it wasn't for him (talking about money makes him defensive), and my argument is now I have to have a roommate (which I found after sifting through a bunch of weirdos), my bills have more than doubled, the yard maintenance is on me whether my own hours or my own money toward it, and my mother will be living 50 feet from me.

Once the water goes through the pipes it needs a place to slowly sift it's way back into the ground in front of the building.

Keep firm and sift through the trash to find a gem.Lastly, deals are created, not found.  

As @Greg Dickerson mentioned there are many aspects for you to sift through.

I did a quick poke around the other day on listsource and I would need to see exactly how to sift through the filters and whatnot.
