Said company was none other than Taylor Bean & Whitaker, whom, if you don't know were unceremoniously raided by the FBI, indicted and finally jailed in April.So, after even with a very cooperative title company, I finally ended up at HUD who then sent me to their asset management company, and the final guy said, "I'm sorry, but I have nothing to tell you, we don't have any record of the property."

Here is the list of problems: The front door barely opens, NONE of the doors close correctly, garage door has been replaced but the electrical still needs tackled, no doorbell, no fire alarms or carbon monoxide alarm, no working outside lights, a severe mice infestation (who have now raided my brand new couch), no insulation in the mudroom which is allowing cold air into the house and raising my heating (propane!)

Just last month I had to raid some kids' college fund to close a deal because some idiot lender didn't ask for bank statements prior to preapproving and/or didn't actually look at them (like your situation).
