In the past few months I have delved into real estate more - I have read countless books and have read countless forums both on BiggerPockets and the UK's version (Property Hub) but I have reached a roadblock - I am scared.I'll go into context.

Bath bombings Michigan 1920's, U of Texas shootings 1960's, Burger King shootings 1990, Columbine, and this...plus countless more in the 1700's, 1800's, all through the 1900's and on to today.

I have spent countless hours on BP, and the internet in general, learning, planning and researching direct mail.

A few examples, new water heater, $600 gift card to Sears to buy new dishwasher, countless visits by plumbers to unclog drains, new springs on garage doors, multiple visits by HVAC companies to fix broken AC's in the middle of summer (when it's like 110 degrees), etc.

There were countless times when I became frustrated and questioned my decision, but luckily  my Father was there to stop my head from spinning.

Not to mention the countless web surfing and BP isn't the only place I ask questions.

That said, it turns out that only 4 houses away, the homes were flooded, along with countless others in their and other neighborhoods.

Many of us have spent countelss hours in weekend bootcamps, countless dollars on education courses AND countelss profits lost on costly mistakes.
