Yet, all the members would need to do would be to go look at their archives and look at the predicted gains and check if they occurred in reality and they'd find out easily that my example above is typical.There are countless people in that same situation situation and, in my humble opinion, it's about time that they swallow their pride (for having fallen for their marketing tricks) and speak up so that other people don't have to experience the same situation in the future.

My mentors have advised me to either, take out the the washer/dryer hook-ups (cap off) or put in coin-op laundry, protections against countless liability reasons, i.e. laundry business etc...So, after the applicant, now tenant, signed the lease agreement and the supplemental renters addendum, which clearly states in section 'J' subsection '1', "no personal laundry units shall be installed and or otherwise used by any tenant at any time{....}, landlord reserves the right to discontinue laundry access at anytime for any reason."

They inherit properties, they lose their jobs, they are facing bankruptcy, they are dealing with back taxes and mortgage payments, they need to move immediately, and all of the other countless reasons that make them a motivated seller as opposed to your typical seller who wants to sell their home for the best possible price.

I was taking 18 credits with a 30 hr/week job while house hacking (renovating my duplex) that i bought my junior year. i was also already engaged. there was a big separation and i missed countless parties and gatherings so that i could either work or renovate. you end up finding friends who have similar goals as you and today, they are still the best friends ever. we congratulate each other, push each other, and win together. meanwhile, others take longer to get there and thats ok too but its just not me and doesnt sound to be you either.
