Bleed the radiators so all are functioning and make sure the pressure is up and setting is proper on boiler, you could have a air lock keeping the water from circulating the way it should up to second floor. 

I just want to make sure that accurate information is being circulated here. 

Accept this guy at your own peril because I don’t care if he donates blood at the Red Cross helps little old ladies cross the street and volunteers at the local soup kitchen the guy is surely going to give you problems !!

Some people are warm blooded and some are cold blooded.I am warm blooded so keep my A/C almost at 70.

The time I would have wasted emailing, calling ect was enough but the aggravation and wasted energy of letting my blood pressure rise talking to those people was enough for me to just move on to bigger and better.

Keeps the blood pressure down and you get a "look what I made" sense of accomplishment.
