The idea of letting someone bring their own RV, live in it a week or three, and then leave with it and their mess is great.

I have come to realize that compared to where BP was say 3 years ago, we are sliding in the quality of informative posts.It's rather difficult to say, but this new wave of newbies bouncing in speaking authoritatively as if they know something is getting harder to keep up with, then include the sharks looking for prey, the wanabe gurus, and those that don't understand Chapter One of the Principles of Real Estate and we have a real mess!  

You do enough where you make 20-25k per assignment and you will get the investor who can make things messy.

Maybe it turns out good, but maybe it turns out horrible and it is a very messy, expensive and drawn out divorce.

Once I hit 10 units, spreadsheet got too messy. 

She did clean the big pieces including filling two trash bins of used diapers but it was still an extremely greasy mess.

Additionally,  there's also quite a few many moving parts with a messy fact pattern here.

Messy, but usually effective.So, I would consider the possible outcomes and the probability of each and do the math to come up with an expected value for the cost of the repair.

We still adhere to the state laws around deadlines to return security deposits and what we have to do to close out a deposit, but if it got messy it could get messy.We have also been told by our sister company in Denver that this does not work with anyone receiveing a housing voucher/subsidy, which we have also been unable to confirm in our local market including directly with our local housing authority.
