@Justin Staples very broad questions but I’d say you should have great pictures to capture more bookings, create house rules that protect your property from damages, provide a very clean place and great communication, and if you are on top of that, Airbnb will naturally promote you as person who responds fast and provides a clean place, etc which helps your place get promoted.

I've called up some of the big staples (BOA, Wells Fargo, some local credit unions) but keep running into a logjam of conflicting information.

I even went to Staples for a new calculator thinking maybe mine didnt work right lol.

Every time I slide a check into the ATM at my bank, I hear that voice from the little red button on the counter at Staples, "That was easy!"

I then emailed it to Staples and they printed it out, which is where the two of them met.
