Being swift, effective and fair.I wouldn't label these people as dead beats or create a stereotype of such.

They dodged the unlawful detainer with some bogus claimsAt some point they called the FD.. stove/ oven was labelled unsafe by FDNo problem.

The only real threat I see to the real estate market in the bay area is not the technology jobs leaving, but some sort of a major natural disaster like a magnitude 9 earthquake hitting the bay area, otherwise the real estate demand and prices will continue to hold up.I much rather spend my time and energy trying to identify a no name tech company that will have the ingredients in place to emerge and become the next Apple.

I can see the first one in cozy labeled as "in progress" but I cannot see the second portion of his payment.
