Unless there's an accident on the interstate, you can get nearly anywhere in 25 minutes or less.Similarly, there are an abundance of great areas to walk throughout the city- hikes on Lookout Mountain and Signal Mountain, Stringers Ridge Park, and the River Walk, just to name a few.  

Is this actually a very bullish signal?

If rents are down while inventory prices keep going up that's the signal to sell, especially when it's got your cash flow in the negative.

I have several clients BRRRing in East Lake right now, 1 doing it in Red Bank, and another 1 in Signal Mountain.  

One of the important ranking signals the sites use is the 'look to book ratio'.

It may take some time, and she may signal to the cameras and have a bouncer throw you out, but if you keep at it, you'll find one who will go for it.

I read this morning that the Fed signals bond buying taper coming "soon" and interest rates rising between now and 2024.Does anyone have any thoughts on if this will effect the housing market, mortgages & borrowing?
