HelloAn extensive internal review of this project has been completed and unfortunately the denial cannot be overturned due to the project's direct affiliation with a hotel.The WAIKOLOA BEACH VILLAS is part of the Waikoloa Beach Resort Master Association that is a hotel.

@Peter Walther, respectfully, judges do make mistakes, but unless overturned on appeal or made without jurisdiction, their decisions are final and are law.  

Regarding Obamacare... the last poll I saw showed more people wanting it overturned than wanting it to stand, though neither were over 50% to declare a majority.

I had another one were no one bid except for a local guy from Romania since it was near his church.. he showed up with a personal check and I got it for a dollar over..  turned

@Mike Cumbie The way you talk it sounds like the US has judges just itching to overturn basic contractual rights at the drop of a hat, I don't buy that.

Have you heard any update on the luck with homeowners trying to overturn that? 

For example, to me financial freedom would be making enough cash flow or overturns on my properties that it would double my current w-2 job monthly income.

@Steve Vaughan  some of my clients in Detroit did this for years... the holding of a presigned quite claim or deed in lui can be challenged and over turned just fyi.But other wise that's the program and now with dodd frank and safe act if those tall grass homes are going to owners the rules will apply to him for sure.

Failure to notify, and/or improper notice, are reasons that a property tax foreclosure sale can be overturned after the fact. 

The title insurance companies do not want to pay out claims so they don't want to write a policy unless they feel there is no risk of something trying to pop up and over turn it at a later date.
