Yep, lots of enormous lots - which at first I thought - yikes, lots of fencing to repair, huge landscaping to deal with, possibly lots of sidewalk to be liable for, etc.

The reason is because realestate continues to increase in value, plus unless your a really good spend thrift, and no offence but we both know you're not, that will take too long for you too do.

The thing is when a beginner investor interested in wholesaling gets bombarded with people's negative opinions on wholesaling  and no offence, when their opinion (although an opinion) is just wrong, you discourage people for the wrong reasons.
