I just saw a video from a Tesla owner that converted their coal power to electricity for his Tesla and calculated the pollution.

This helps establish liability in the event of a future problem with pollution potentially comming from that station.

Industry watchers now fear that battery production, unless it changes dramatically, along with electricity production will actually produce more atmospheric pollutants than the most efficient gas and diesel engines do at the moment.

I keep hoping for an extremely strong China economy + a massive improvement in their pollution challenges so the mainland Chinese would reinvest in their own country. :) I know, I'm just selfish that way.

And the city offers a program to basically add it to the property taxes for the next 10 years.The issue in Flint BTW was not just the lead pipes as some posts suggested, but the fact that they switched to cheaper river water, which is industrially polluted and corrosive.

Does either lake have a seasonal problem, algae, heavy mosquitos, pollutants?

I would like to know the pros and cons of buying such a property like the vehicle noise, pollution, etc., Thank you!

We have cleaned up the bay and the fishing industry in Rhode Island and MA are one I am proud of, coming from a state with a corrupt government(FL) that had big sugar causing all kinds of water pollution.

I still have my property there, but I could not justify living there even though it really is a great city with friendly people and excellent amenities because of the security concerns and pollution.  

Your thinking is polluted by listening to too many podcasts without having the big picture.
